AVT Solutions takes a practical, risk-based approach to security.

How we protect information

Depending on the engagement and the tools involved, we may use safeguards such as:

• access controls and least-privilege permissions

• multi-factor authentication (where supported)

• secure configuration practices and documentation

• vendor/subcontractor coordination with confidentiality expectations

• 1. We seek to collect and retain only the data needed to deliver services.

  2. Client data access is limited to authorized personnel and only for the purpose of the engagement.

  3. We use reputable platforms/providers where possible, but security characteristics ultimately vary by client environment and chosen vendors.
     
     

Incident response

If we become aware of a security incident affecting client data within the scope of our services, we will follow the applicable contract requirements and coordinate with the client on containment, communication, and next steps.

While we use reasonable safeguards, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
